Maja Ilić is an assistant professor at the University of Banja Luka (Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy) in the field of architectural geometry, digital fabrication, modeling and visualization. She is a great advocate of the "learning by doing" methodology applied through a series of workshops she organized with her colleagues at the faculty. The workshops dealt with the product design and prototype fabrication using digital technologies and software. The workshops resulted in a series of successful exhibitions at festivals in the city and the region ("Mixer” festival in Belgrade, "Month of Design" in Ljubljana, "Science Festival" and "Days of Mathematics" in Banja Luka). She is one of the authors of the books "Visualization and Modeling in the Digital Age" and "Stage 1:4".
